Abusive behavior, threats, or disrespect will lead to immediate termination.
9. Termination of Services

- Payments are delayed

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Limitation of Liability
MarketNexis is not responsible for:

- Revenue drops
- Ad account bans
- Hosting issues
- Third-party failures
- Client mistakes
- Platform policy changes
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian Law.
