This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for our digital marketing services.
By using our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. No Refund After Work Begins
All payments made to MarketNexis are non-refundable once the project has started.
This includes:
- Strategy planning
- Design or content drafts
- Ad account setup
- Website setup
- Marketing campaigns
- Any service-related preparation
Digital marketing involves time, tools, and resources.
Therefore, refunds cannot be issued after work has started.
2. Advance Payment Policy
Most services require advance payment or milestone-based payments.
Once payment is done, it is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel the project midway.
3. Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to stop the project:
- No refund will be provided.
- Client must clear pending dues (if any).
4. Cancellation by MarketNexis
In rare cases where MarketNexis cancels a project due to operational reasons, a partial refund may be issued only for the unused service portion.
5. No Refund For:
- Change of mind
- Low budget
- Slow response or delays from client
- Unavailability of required information
- Miscommunication from client side
- Platform-related issues (Google, Meta, hosting, etc.)
- Ad disapprovals / policy restrictions
- Poor performance due to niche/market competition
- Client expectations beyond agreed scope
Marketing results vary due to multiple factors — no guaranteed ROI.
Therefore, results-based refunds cannot be offered.
6. Third-Party Costs
If the client pays separately for:
- Ads budget
- Domains
- Hosting
- Tools
- Software
These are 100% non-refundable as they are handled by third-party platforms, not MarketNexis.
7. Project Changes & Revisions
Revisions included in the package are free.
However, any extra or major changes will be billed separately and cannot be refunded once delivered.
8. Chargebacks / Disputes
If a client attempts an unfair chargeback:
- All project rights will be revoked
- Legal action may be taken
- Client will be blacklisted from future services
