This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which services can be cancelled by either the client or MarketNexis.
1. General Policy
MarketNexis provides digital marketing and website-related services which require time, effort, planning, and skilled resources.
Due to the nature of digital services, all cancellations must follow the terms mentioned in this policy.
2. Cancellation by Client
A client may request cancellation of service any time; however:
- No refund will be provided for any payment already made.
- Any work that has already started or been completed will remain chargeable.
- Client must clear all outstanding dues before cancellation.
- MarketNexis is not liable for losses caused due to client-side cancellation.
Cancellation impacts:
- Project timeline
- Digital assets
- Ongoing campaigns
- Team allocation

3. Cancellation by MarketNexis
MarketNexis reserves the right to cancel a project or service in situations such as:
- Non-payment or delayed payments
- Repeated unresponsiveness from client
- Fake information or fraud suspicion
- Misconduct, abusive communication, or unprofessional behavior
- Requesting services that violate platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Illegal, unethical, or misleading marketing demands
In such cases:
- A partial refund may be issued ONLY if the work has not started or minimal work has been done.
- If work is already in progress, no refund will be given.
4. Ongoing / Monthly Services Cancellation
Clients on monthly plans (SEO, SMM, Ads Management, etc.) must:
- Inform cancellation 7 days before next billing cycle
- Clear outstanding balances
- Understand that partial-month refunds are not applicable
5. Third-Party Platforms & Tools
If the client has purchased separate third-party services (like ads budget, hosting, software):
- These cannot be cancelled through MarketNexis
- MarketNexis is not responsible for their refund/cancellation policies
6. Termination Without Refund
A cancellation request will NOT be eligible for refund in the following scenarios:
- Client suddenly changes requirements
- Client delays project repeatedly
- Client fails to provide necessary materials
- Client disagrees with the process after work has begun
- Client breaches terms or attempts chargeback fraud
